44 is a number that is special to Engineer Nation. We started 44 Mentality to honor one of the hardest working, most selfless teammates, and great young man we have had the honor of coaching in Asa Woodard. And to us, that's what 44 Mentality is. We work hard, we compete, we put it all out there every day. 44 is what it means to be an Engineer.
As excited as we are to go compete in Hot Springs, we also know that some things are bigger than sports. Our hearts go out to the community and school in Hot Springs as they lost their own #44 recently. While we didn't know him, and can't imagine that pain, we grieve with the community and Hot Springs High School. We will go compete as hard as we can and expect nothing less from the Savage Heat, but we will also bring our 44 Mentality in honor of another young man gone too soon. We hope you can make it to cheer our Engineers on, and even if you can't be there in person, wear your 44 Mentality gear and keep the community and school in Hot Springs in your prayers. #44Mentality #44Strong

There will be a community meeting on Tuesday, November 7th at 7pm in the HHS gymnasium concerning the possibility of implementing a 4-day school week for Harlowton Public Schools (2024-2025). We encourage all community members, parents, and any interested individuals to attend. Information provided will include: school calendar, length of school day, and pros/cons of implementing a 4-day week. We hope to see you there!
