Students and families should make plans to visit Hillcrest and Harlowton High School for our Back to School Open House on August 15 from 4-6PM.


A few reminders for Engineer athletes and parents:
-All sports info meeting and fall sport specific is THURSDAY 8/10 in the HHS gym. All parents who have athletes in ANY sport this school year are required to attend OR watch a video/complete a short course. Attendance at the meeting is preferred. Important forms, final schedules, and other info will be available there.
-Athletes need a physical on file with the HHS office (completed AFTER 5/31/2023) before they are allowed to practice.
-Activity tickets and sports fees need to be paid before athletes compete in their first games. You can do this through the HHS office OR you can now pay them on our school website through GoFan. -1st Day of practices for High school XC, Volleyball, Football, and Cheer-FRIDAY AUGUST 11th.

ENGINEER ATHLETES AND PARENTS:
We are coming up on the start of fall sports! Practices for all Engineer teams will begin Friday, August 11th.
- ALL ATHLETES (JH/HS) must have an up to date physical form on record in the HHS office prior to practicing.
- Sports schedules may be found at harlowton.k12.mt.us under the athletics tab.
- REQUIRED parent/athlete meeting will be 8/10 in the HHS gym and will be staggered by sport:
—5:00 pm Volleyball and Cross Country
—5:30 pm ALL SPORTS INFO(AD and Admin information)
—6:00 pm Football and Cheer
Attendance at this meeting is important! Final schedules and other important information will be relayed here. If you are unable to attend, an online course must be complete and a video of the meeting viewed prior to competition.

HHS FCCLA results from the National Leadership Conference in Denver, Colorado. The team of Addison Gaugler, Hannah Murnion, and Hayden Murnion placed in the Top 10 and received a silver medal. Reese Cooney and Azaria Beley-Davis received a silver medal. Jayda Mager and Mikayla Clements received a silver medal. Henry Roelfs received a gold medal. Jill Baumgardner is a Montana State Officer and was responsible for our state meetings while at the conference.








UPDATE: We will have lunch today, Tuesday the 13th, at HHS from 11:30-12:30 as scheduled. We have water.

Good morning. We have been notified that the school will be without water for at leadt this morning. Therefore, both the Summer School and Summer LUNCH program has been canceled for today. Breakfast is still being served. We are sorry for the disruption but we are required to have running water to run programs that children and visitors attend. We will update later today about tomorrow's programs when we have more information.
